For soft, glowing skin this winter, follow these simple tips.
Moisturize
As the months get colder your skin needs more moisture than it did in previous seasons. Switch to a richer moisturizer and continue to evaluate your skin’s needs to see if you need more moisture throughout the day. If your skin remains dry, then you may want to apply a thin layer of argan oil under your moisturizer which will help retain moisture and promotes a dewy, supple complexion.

Nourish
· Vitamins are essential to the health of your skin, especially vitamins A, B, C and E. Vitamin E is especially helpful to improve your complexion when applied externally.
· A normal to dry skin should be nourished at night, after cleansing, using a nourishing cream and massaging it on the face with a few drops of water. Wipe off with moist cotton wool before bedtime.
· Dampen your skin very lightly with water before applying a moisturizer. This simple step can sometimes be effective in minimizing dryness that can cause sensitivity.

Exfoliate
During winter months deposition of grime or building up of residue is more as we tend to apply loads of moisturising creams due to dry skin. Hence exfoliation from time to time is a must during this time to remove residual matter and dead scaly skin. Scrubs are the best option.
